Hazardous Area Classification

A hazardous location is one in which an explosive environment exists or is likely to exist. Flammable liquids, gases, vapours, and combustible dust can all contribute to an explosive environment.
Hazardous area categorisation entails evaluating and categorising places depending on the level of danger that an explosive atmosphere may exist.
